Step 2. Pay through any of the following bank accounts:

Step 3. Send us proof of the transaction/payment via our Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/educatingforeternity).

Step 4. Send a photo of your child to lcsnidpic@gmail.com to be used for his/her school ID. Kindly indicate your child’s name and grade level in the subject section. Please have your child wear any short-sleeved top if the school uniform is not yet available. We will edit the photo to include the uniform. Photo should have any plain background and taken from the waist up.

Step 5. For New Students in the elementary level, send the required documents to lcsnregistrar@gmail.com.

1. PSA Birth Certificate or any equivalent if residing abroad

2. Transcript of Records/SF10/Form 137 from previous school (for Elementary)

3. Certificate of Good Moral/Honorable Dismissal or any equivalent (For Elementary)

4. Report Card from Previous School (For Elementary)

Step 6. Books may be picked up from school or shipped to your address, depending on the location.
